Refund policy
. Product Returns
Pointfar Automation accepts returns on most physical products within 30 days of the sale date.
All approved product returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending back any item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Pointfar Automation reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Refunds
Refund requests for instructor-led classes are accepted up to 5 days before the class start date.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the class start date are non-refundable.

Class rescheduling may be offered based on availability, but is not guaranteed.
3. Online Courses
There are no refunds for online or on-demand classes after the course materials or access credentials have been delivered.
4. Engineering, Programming, and Field Services
All service sales, including engineering, design, programming, commissioning, consulting, and field work, are final.
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
There are no refunds on completed or in-progress service work.
5. Custom or Special-Order Items
Custom-built panels, custom software, custom HMI graphics, or any special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has started or materials have been ordered.
6. Warranty
Product warranties follow the manufacturer’s standard warranty terms.
Service work warranties apply only to documented issues directly caused by Pointfar Automation and do not include misuse, alterations, or third-party interference.
